What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent technical knowledge, Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process migration or centralisation, understanding of accounting and wider finance operations, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments, Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, Structured, proactive approach to project and change delivery, valid passport is essential
Nice to Have
Project management qualification (APM, Prince2, Agile, PMP), Experience transitioning activities into a Shared Service Centre / BSC, Knowledge of ERP systems and finance reporting tools, Experience working within large, complex or multi-site organisations
