[About the role] As a Senior Programme Manager (AI Adoption for Corporate Transformation), you will lead and drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Services Wing corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Infrastructure divisions. You will play a key role in helping divisions identify, prioritise, and operationalise AI and digital opportunities that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, service delivery, and employee experience. This includes driving initiatives from problem discovery and opportunity shaping through implementation, adoption, and operationalisation. You will work closely with central enabling teams including the AI Team and Digital Innovation Team to align initiatives with enterprise AI platforms, governance frameworks, reusable capabilities, and organisational transformation priorities. At this level, you are expected to independently lead multiple complex workstreams, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across divisions, and drive measurable transformation outcomes through strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
