Full Job Description

The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong communication and analytical skills to support our largest programmatic clients across APAC on Unity's RTB Exchanges (Unity Exchange and ironSource Exchange). What you'll be doing Client & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Performance DSP partners, building strong relationships through daily account management, weekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Manage ongoing endpoint optimization, QPS management, and troubleshooting. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities, performance improvements, and platform optimizations through data analysis. Commercial Growth: Forecast and track key account metrics, performance goals, and spend trends while identifying opportunities to grow partner investment and adoption. Business Communication: Develop and deliver data-driven QBRs, business reviews, and strategic recommendations. Strategic Account Management: Build a deep understanding of partner business objectives and act as a trusted advisor on Unity’s capabilities, solutions, and opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams across APAC, the US, and Tel Aviv to drive successful outcomes for clients. Issue Resolution: Lead technical issue investigations and coordinate timely resolution of partner issues and escalations. What we're looking for Proven success of managing in-app programmatic DSP accounts and scaling revenue. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Strong understanding of the programmatic mobile and video advertising ecosystem. Comfortable presenting to clients and managing external relationships. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
