What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of IMS scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, PASEG‑compliant scheduling, project management methodologies, WBS development, IMS analysis tools, schedule/status reporting using MS Office, Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence at all levels, communicate effectively, deliver results in a deadline‑driven environment with high ethical standards, At least 2 years of experience in managing project schedules, with a focus on implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and metrics, US citizenship
Nice to Have
aerospace preferred, SSI preferred, Project Management and/or Earned Value Management Certification preferred
What You'll Do.
Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) aligned with contractual
and cross‑functional inputs.
Collaborate with Program Management and functional teams to load resources and material costs into the IMS.
Establish schedule track performance and support schedule variance analysis using labor
Monitor and report IMS health to internal leadership and external customers.
Update task status with program teams and support schedule mitigation and return‑to‑green planning.
Provide schedule and resource inputs for ETC
and earned value (EV) reporting.
Serve as a subject matter expert in program scheduling and Microsoft Project.
Manage and maintain schedules across multiple programs simultaneously.
