What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant experience, Working experience with Quality Management Systems, Working experience leading teams in failure analysis, Working experience interpreting technical drawings, Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance, U.S. citizenship required
Nice to Have
Active Top Secret Clearance, Working experience in CORE processes, ASQ or CQE Certification, Working experience in AS9145, Working experience with IPDS/gating, Experience collaborating with program team members, Working experience using Industry and Government Quality and Mission Assurance requirements, Working experience in predictive and proactive measures, Experience using written/verbal presentation skills
What You'll Do.
Interface with program quality teams
Support technical quality and financial performance
Ensure compliance to Raytheon procedures
Interface with external and internal customers
Establish effective relationships with partners
Responsible for quality of delivered products
Manage stakeholders of quality risks
Resolve customer expectations
Lead root cause analysis
Facilitate corrective actions
Implement closed loop process controls
Generate new Cost of Quality projects
Support implementation of APQP
Serve as program quality liaison
Respond for quality issues and concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Define quality improvement strategies
Implement quality improvement strategies
Ensure development hardware documented
Align to quality and customer requirements
Support AS9100 Audits
