The Sr. Program Manager for Assortment supports Whole Foods Market's multi-year strategy for advancing selection planning capabilities, in close partnership with merchandising, product and category teams. Key job responsibilities - Supports execution of multi-year capability roadmap strategy - Manages implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning - Delivers quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, assortment productivity) - Supports development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes - Supports monthly business review practice for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs About the team Whole Foods was founded in 1980 on the belief that where food comes from, and how it's grown, matters. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Knowledge of general AI tools - Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate env
