Amazon's TOM Technology group is driving change in the Middle Mile. The Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team is looking for a Sr Program Manager with the location flexible between Bellevue (WA), Nashville (TN), Tempe (AZ), Atlanta (GA) or Arlington (VA). This role would be responsible for coordinating across the organization to successfully launch and integrate new technology innovations and operational processes to be used in TOM’s Transportation, Yard, and Gate operations. The TOM Product, Data and Program (PDP) team is implementing sensor driven technology solutions into TOM team’s operations. We are challenging the status-quo and looking for ways to improve and enhance the experience of Yard and Gate operations. As a Sr Program Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across the TOM Organization to drive and align changes in different processes, implement new standard operating procedures (SOPs), and create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the new process.
