Full Job Description

Amazon Quick is a decision intelligence service for the AI era. Thousands of enterprises and millions of knowledge workers rely on Quick to connect their data, generate insights, and turn decisions into action — through interactive dashboards, embedded analytics woven into the products their customers use, and natural language experiences that put actionable intelligence in the hands of every user. Thousands of ISVs and SaaS companies have already built Quick into their applications, and the service is at an inflection point where structured data analytics, natural language interfaces, and agentic AI are converging to redefine what decision intelligence means for businesses worldwide. Delivering on this vision requires programs that are technically ambitious, cross-functional, and operate at a pace that matches the market. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive the execution of complex, high-impact programs that span the Quick service — from the data and semantic foundation, to embedded analytics and ISV enablement, to adoption and growth motions that turn first deployments into enterprise-wide commitments. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with deep technical judgment, and has an uncommon ability to move multiple engineering teams toward a shared outcome while keeping the customer squarely at the center. You will not be managing status reports. You will be the connective tissue between product vision and engineering delivery across organizations — defining program strategy, clearing architectural bottlenecks, negotiating priorities, and making the trade-offs that determine whether we ship the right thing at the right time. You will understand the systems you manage — their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and the business assumptions behind architectural decisions — well enough to challenge proposals, test assumptions, and ensure we are building what customers actually need, not just what's co
