Join Amazon's Tax team as a Senior Program Manager where you'll lead critical global e-invoicing initiatives that impact how we operate across multiple countries. You'll bridge the gap between tax compliance requirements and technical implementation, collaborating with teams across Amazon to deliver solutions that ensure regulatory adherence while supporting our business growth. Key job responsibilities - Analyze and synthesize government-specific e-invoicing data requirements, translating them into clear specifications for technical teams to design and build solutions - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for assigned workstreams, identifying dependencies and supporting resource allocation across multiple organizations - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Amazon Businesses, Tax, Finance Operations, and technical teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring alignment on goals and timelines - Identify and escalate risks to project scope or timeline in a timely manner, and dive deep into blocking issues during planning, execution, testing, and launch phases to drive resolution A day in the life As a Senior Program Manager focused on e-invoicing, you'll spend your time translating complex government tax requirements into actionable plans that technical teams can build against.
