Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Build and own the end-to-end Sales Operations function, including forecasting models, revenue planning frameworks, performance tracking, and operational workflows. Design scalable systems and processes that improve pipeline visibility, lead flow, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall sales effectiveness. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, metrics, and analytical models to measure sales performance and support data-driven decision-making. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, BizDev, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets, forecasting assumptions, and execution plans. Support deal execution by assisting in the review, structuring, and administration of client proposals, pricing, and contract workflows. Identify and drive high-impact improvements across sales productivity, revenue operations, and go-to-market efficiency. Lead cross-functional coordination of the full sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from pipeline generation to deal closure and delivery handoff. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or similar roles in high-growth or consulting/enterprise environments. Proven experience building sales operations frameworks, forecasting systems, and revenue planning processes from scratch (zero-to-one experience strongly preferred). Strong analytical and modeling skills, including experience with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and building dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. Experience working across contract lifecycle processes, including proposals, pricing, and deal structuring. Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders and executive leadership across technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while making data-driven decisions and prioritizing effectively. Strong problem-solving skills
