Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Build and own the end-to-end Sales Operations function, including forecasting models, revenue planning frameworks, performance metrics, and scalable operational processes. Design and implement systems that improve pipeline visibility, lead flow, conversion rates, sales productivity, and overall revenue performance. Develop reporting dashboards and analytical models to track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and business growth indicators. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, BizDev, Executives, and Delivery teams to align on revenue targets, planning assumptions, and execution strategies. Support the sales organization in reviewing, structuring, and managing client proposals, pricing models, and contract workflows. Identify and drive high-impact initiatives that improve go-to-market efficiency, win rates, and deal velocity. Lead cross-functional execution of the full sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment from pipeline generation through deal closure and delivery handoff. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or similar roles in consulting, agency, or high-growth environments. Proven experience building sales operations, forecasting systems, and revenue planning functions from zero-to-one. Strong analytical and modeling skills, including pipeline analysis, forecasting, and building dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. Experience designing and managing client proposals, pricing structures, and contract workflows.
