Many of our team members call the Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across North America. About the role As a Senior Program Manager - Sales Operations, you will own and lead the operations that drive revenue planning, forecasting, and sales execution at Fluxon. You will build the foundational frameworks, data infrastructure, and processes that make our go-to-market performance measurable, predictable, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional, zero-to-one role within our Program Management team. You will operate as the central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets, pipeline visibility, and execution planning. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, building from scratch, and balancing strategic design with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities: Build Fluxon’s sales operations program from the ground up, including sales goals and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback loops. Identify high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, sales productivity and revenue performance. Assist the sales team in the review, revision, and administration of client proposals and contracts. Design Fluxon’s sales operations to improve lead flow, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates. Own sales operations success end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking, reporting, and performance.
