Own defect elimination goal
Understand upstream systems and processes
Drive inputs to improve standard operating procedures
Eliminate defects through upstream process or automation fixes
Identify business impact metrics
Align with stakeholders
Establish and report business impact metrics
Use data analysis to identify gaps
Structure initiatives
Drive consensus on strategic inter-function business decisions
Own communication and progress updates
Assess performance against goals
Realign internal/external stakeholders on project deliverables
Use SQL to create dashboards
Analyze opportunities
Implement proactive solutions
Define and own business goals
Establish mechanisms to track business goals
Identify and tackle hard business problems
