What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and driving initiatives from strategy through execution, Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term organizational goals with detailed operational execution, Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex challenges and driving scalable solutions, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels, Experience building scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms across teams, systems, and organizational priorities
Nice to Have
preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment, Background in People Operations, HR transformation, People systems, or supporting executive-level initiatives and Chief of Staff functions is a plus

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex

Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define program goals
Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks
Identify dependencies
and tradeoffs across initiatives
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
Establish program governance
and operating rhythms
Synthesize insights across multiple workstreams
Continuously improve program management practices
