We are looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager with strong analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Operations/ Logistics. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations, as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This person will work with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning Operations, Finance, Engineer, WHS, ACES, and Tech to set up and maintain operational configurations while driving improvements in existing fulfillment processes. The role will be directly responsible for senior leadership reviews and will play a key role in deploying structural projects that support the operation through adjustment and improvement initiatives, delivering measurable benefits in quality, speed, and cost.
