What You'll Do.

Support Program Director in daily operations

Act as primary point of contact for troubleshooting

Facilitate hiring and onboarding process

Develop and deliver training modules and resources

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions

This is a primarily remote role, with travel to Detroit, Atlanta, Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati likely. Candidate candidates in Michigan or Ohio are a plus. This is a temporary hire for the 2026 election cycle that will run through November 15, 2026. **Role Overview** Movement Labs is seeking a seasoned movement professional with a strong background in organizing to serve as the Senior Program Manager for our 2026 Neighborhood Captain Program. In this role you will lead the day-to-day management of a large (two - three states, four - five metro areas) field organizing program as part of a randomized controlled trial aimed at mobilizing tens of thousands of high potential voters through relationship building. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and field execution, ensuring that our data systems, people operations, and training programs work together to deliver an excellent program.
