Must Have
6-8 years of project management experience, Demonstrated experience managing people, Deep fluency in social-first content production, Proven ability to simultaneously manage high-volume social programs and structured seasonal campaign timelines, Expert-level proficiency with project management tools, particularly Airtable, stakeholder management and influence skills, Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, Ability to filter complexity, prioritize with clarity, business acumen
Nice to Have
preferably in the digital/ecommerce space and/or retail environment
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end program management for all social and paid media content workstreams
Serve as the senior operational lead and escalation point
Design and continuously improve systems
Lead planning and operational coordination for quick-turn productions
Establish and enforce stage gates for reviews
Manage versioning and revision cycles
Anticipate production risks
Oversee seasonal marketing campaign workflows
Develop and maintain comprehensive seasonal calendars
Lead milestone reviews
Translate seasonal marketing briefs into detailed project plans
Coordinate shoot schedules
and set the direction for direct reports
Establish clear role clarity
and performance feedback
