6-8 years of project management experience, Demonstrated experience managing people, Deep fluency in social-first content production, Proven ability to simultaneously manage high-volume social programs and structured seasonal campaign timelines, Expert-level proficiency with project management tools, particularly Airtable, stakeholder management and influence skills, Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, Ability to filter complexity, prioritize with clarity, business acumen

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end program management for social and paid media content

Serve as senior operational lead and escalation point

Design and improve systems for content production

Lead planning and operational coordination for productions

Establish and enforce stage gates for reviews

Maintain deep platform fluency

Manage versioning and revision cycles

Anticipate production risks

Oversee seasonal marketing campaign workflows

Develop and maintain seasonal calendars

Lead milestone reviews and alignment checkpoints

Translate marketing briefs into project plans

Coordinate shoot schedules and asset delivery

and set direction for direct reports

Establish role clarity and growth expectations
