Are you a customer-centric individual looking for an impactful role driving strategic business decisions that better serve customers and make their lives better? We are hiring an experienced Program Manager to serve as a central coordination hub for Japan Operations long-term planning. This is a high-visibility role that communicates directly with Director and VP leadership, connecting Finance, Business teams, and WW senior leadership through structured planning cycles and ad-hoc strategic initiatives. The candidate will drive end-to-end planning processes and executive-level reporting across multiple cadences. Key job responsibilities Strategic Planning Cycles SPS (Strategic Planning Session): Lead coordination of inputs, narrative development, and deliverables for the annual strategic planning session; facilitate workshops and brainstorms to generate bold ideas OP1 (3-Year Forward Plan): Drive the Operational Plan 1 cycle end-to-end — aligning Finance and Business teams on long-range targets, investment asks, and network strategy OP2 (Annual/Monthly Plan): Coordinate the Operational Plan 2 process, ensuring monthly granularity for the year ahead is aligned across stakeholders QxG (Quarterly Guidance): Manage quarterly guidance cycles, bridging Finance forecasts with operational reality for leadership alignment Business Reporting & Communication Own and deliver executive-level business result reporting including MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Develop clear narratives connecting operational performance to strategic goals for Director/VP and WW senior leadership audiences Special Missions & Strategic Initiatives Execute high-priority assignments from Director/VP — including workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional deep dives Generate and structure "big ideas" for incorporation into SPS, OP1, and OP2 planning cycles Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program
