Senior Program Manager (Level M) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a**Senior Program Manager** (Level M) to join our dynamic team in **El Segundo, CA**. Boeing Ground Missions & Operations business area, as part of Intelligence Systems, is looking for a Program Manager to assume leadership of the Daybreak Program. The Daybreak program is a long term program developing and supporting a domain specific mission processing capability for a proprietary customer. The program encompasses approximately 40 Boeing and major subcontractor personnel of software developers and algorithmic scientists supporting the mission area. **Position Responsibilities** * Manage employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management. * Develop, maintain and execute integrated scheduled, organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives. * Interface with capability leaders to acquire resources for organizational activities. * Provide technical management of suppliers. * Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. * Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. * Generate weekly and monthly reports and oversee generation of monthly financial CDRL reports. **This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)** **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
