What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate in any field (preferred B.E. – any branch) with 5+ years of working experience as a program manager in the information technology. Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving. Experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations. Proficient in use of standard office software and reporting applications.
Nice to Have
Experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferred. German Language skills will be an added advantage. PMI or equivalent certification is preferred.
