Experience in program or project management, Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Nice to Have
Master's degree, or MBA, Experience leading process improvements
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with project owners and key stakeholders to
Obtain and drive workstream requirements from impacted functions
Demonstrate solid working knowledge of requirements to project
Build workstream project plans
Identify workstream dependencies during planning
Support the resource planning process
Create and maintain project SharePoint landing page
Liaise with cross-functional workstream participants
Provide comprehensive status update to the program lead
Identify areas of risk to project scope or
Escalate risks to program leadership
Dive deep to resolve blocking issues during project
Execute project closeout process and practices
Ensure all project artifacts are finalized and archived
Lead cross functional teams through workstream retrospective
Drive improvements into the owning and driving process
Support development and delivery of tooling
sales and Service partner teams
Streamline payment processes
Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional project teams
Plan and execute complex projects across multiple organizations
Analyze data to identify pain points related the
goals and priorities to address identified
Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of
Foster relationships with teams
Lead and influence others effectively to achieve cross-functional
Ensure successful product/service launch execution
