We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the External Fulfillment (EF) Planning Team within Amazon Japan's Operations Division — a team that sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. What is EF? External Fulfillment operates fulfillment centers run by 3PL partners and vendors — not Amazon's own FCs. These sites specialize in large, heavy, and temperature-sensitive products that demand unique logistics solutions. By scaling this network, the EF team unlocks product selection that customers never thought they could get delivered fast — and delivers it at speeds that redefine expectations. What you'll own: You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of EF sites — launching new logistics centers and managing them as a business after go-live. This isn't project management that ends at launch; you build it, then you run it. Why this role is special: Few positions offer this vantage point.
