A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international geographies, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers. The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end launches of DSP 2.0 program expansions, along with supporting day-to-day program needs post-launch as programs scale, develop, and work through growing pains. This role will support DSP program expansions by developing and managing program timelines and requirements; conducting analytical deep dives on how we operationalize the program; and day-to-day program stakeholder management. This role will be required to drive progress across multiple programs, as well as prioritize and address program issues as they arise. This individual will serve as a leader for program management across the team, and will help develop standardized operating processes for how we expand and launch programs in new geographies, as well as develop best practices for how we operationalize new program offerings.
