Full Job Description
Establishing and executing strategic framework to optimize Out on road (OTR) channel operations through data-driven rate determination and cost management. The program will focus on understanding and developing competitive City/Location/Block/Slot wise rates while implementing targeted marketing/incentive initiatives for delivery partner (DP) recruitment and retention. Through market analysis and operational efficiency improvements, create sustainable rate structures that balance profitability with DP satisfaction and retention. About the team As a pioneering team in Amazon's quick commerce initiative in India, we are establishing new benchmarks in ultra-fast delivery service. Our team operates at the intersection of innovation and execution, creating first-of-its-kind solutions while maintaining Amazon's customer-centric approach.
