The Defect Prevention and Reconciliation (DP&R) organization aims to build innovative technology products that identify, resolve, and prevent defects from entering Amazon’s fulfillment supply chain. We are building a future where we capture, analyze, and explain every inventory defect across all stages of the supply chain (i.e. inbound, distribution, storage, fulfillment, returns). We are looking to hire an experienced leader to join as Senior Program Manager in DP&R team. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex cross functional programs and will have a true hands-on approach, program management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator. This role is focused on conceptualizing and leading the strategic and operational programmatic initiatives driven by data analysis. As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the establishment of new processes and drive alignment across a global set of partner teams to improve defect prevention space. You are responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad cross-organizational, cross-regional, or significant business impact. Your work focuses on efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems
