Organizational Context and Team Structure Mercedes-Benz AG is a leading automotive company focusing on technological transformation through software and platforms. MBRDI contributes to this vision by covering domains such as Research Development, Sales & Marketing, After Sales, Finance, and HR, encompassing the full value chain of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The Senior Program Manager will lead an IT team of about 30 technical professionals forming the ‘Mercedes-Benz Tech India’ team, part of the global IT tech network ("Home of Tech") within ITH/IT. The team portfolios include: Program Management: Portfolio for Enterprise Data Frameworks for enabling strong Data governance using enterprise Data practices to achieve AI readiness of Data. Strategic Co-creation: Develop and drive initiatives that help realize the AI & Data Strategy goals, together with central enablement teams Product Engineering: o    Program execution aligned to MBAG IT/Data strategy pillars (e.g., standardization, AI adaptation, platform/product orientation, data quality) Development of products/methods/processes facilitating the Data Worker Journey. Communication aims to ensure alignment with business strategies, project updates, and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Education: B.E. (any field) or M.B.A. in General Administration or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 12+ years in automotive tech or software engineering. Expertise in managing projects with growth impact, digitalization initiatives using KPIs, and strong knowledge of evolving Data & AI landsca
