You will be: leading large, complex software programs for international clients, from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes, defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks, overseeing multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and selected external partners, proactively identifying program-level risks, defining mitigation strategies, and driving corrective actions where required, establishing and executing structured change management processes, ensuring full traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contractual agreements, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and key internal stakeholders, mentoring and supporting Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals, delivery standards, and ways of working, building and lead
