Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, Professional Registration (PE or RA), Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), 15+ years of broad and diversified experience with a reputation across North America for life cycle program management, background in Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution, Experience with Project Management Information Systems such as USACE RMS, NAVFAC eCMS, Kahua or Procore, US Citizen

Excellent written and oral communications skills, Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a Senior management capacity, working knowledge of Program and Project delivery related to large construction programs, Proven ability for managing a large group of personnel within field of expertise and providing direction for resolving complex work assignments, Relevant large program and diverse project experience including Medical, Industrial, Military Construction, and Historic Structures, Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term client relationship, Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) management, Expert knowledge of standard practices for Construction Management, Demonstrated ability to assess risk areas and risk mitigation across different contract types and market spaces, with extensive knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies related to large construction programs, Certification as USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM), Safety background, knowledge of 385-1-1, completion of OSHA 10/30 course within past 5 years

Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. _**Job Description:**_ Parsons is seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join a major program and construction management team to support a Department of War customer in successfully delivering on a significant construction program in the National Capital Region (Washington DC) In our anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner Agent Construction Management Services (CMa) including Program Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Progress Reporting, Construction Quality Assurance, Safety, and other supporting services to achieve program success. **Senior Program Manager** is responsible for managing the operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects consolidated into a Program and is responsible for leading, organizing, budgeting, and managing CMa staff within that Program. Directly supervises execution, recruiting and training staff, providing updates and analysis on program/project status, and making sure the program cost and schedule objectives are realized. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Direct Subordinate Managers and Parsons efforts on all contract activities in their assigned program. * Manages all stakeholders to include client and construction contractors. * Ensure that the organizational structure of the program is efficiently planned and adequately and competently staffed.
