What You'll Do.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of all workplace transformation and relocation phases
ensuring program objectives and milestones are met.
Develop and monitor comprehensive program schedules
and reporting frameworks
acting as escalation point for critical issues.
Integrate project delivery with client change initiatives to support adoption of new workplace strategies.
Act as primary client interface
leading communication and engagement with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
Champion positive business unit engagement and facilitate executive/user workshops.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (internal/external) including facilities management
business unit leaders
and mentor project teams
including direct oversight of the Relocation Manager.
Direct and review performance of relocation vendors and service partners
and budget adherence.
Lead scenario planning and sequencing for complex moves across building levels and business units.
Ensure compliance with WHS and statutory proactively address risks and operational challenges.
Identify process improvements and implement lessons learned to drive efficiency and program excellence.
Develop and track program budgets
manage financial forecasts
and provide variance analysis.
Deliver clear executive dashboards and reports on progress
and workforce impacts for client leadership.
