Must Have

10 years in Project Management, 10 years of delivering business solution using information technology, US Citizen

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technology Management, Master's Degree in Business Administration or Technology Management, Demonstrated expertise in delivering innovative business solutions that leverage information technology to drive significant operational improvements and strategic advantage, within the healthcare or insurance industry, understanding of product lifecycle management, sales processes, and/or underwriting workflows, preferably in a highly regulated industry like healthcare, Exceptional ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable program plans and to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, Proficiency in change management principles and practices, with a track record of successfully guiding teams through significant organizational and technological shifts, financial acumen, including experience in developing business cases, tracking program ROI, and managing budgets for large-scale initiatives, Adaptability and resilience in navigating ambiguous or rapidly changing environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to unforeseen challenges, PMP or Certification in Project Management
