What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field., Approximately 10+ years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector., Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements., Contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities., Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management., Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, with the ability to navigate Crusoe Industries’ Acumatica (ERP) system., Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and relevant regulations., Must be able to pass a background check.
Nice to Have
Experience managing CapEx budgets in excess of $100 million., Professional certification such as CPM, CSCP, or CPIM., Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains.
