What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field, Approximately 10+ years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, implementing process improvements, contract negotiation skills, supplier relationship management skills, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management, Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and relevant regulations, Must be able to pass a background check
Nice to Have
Experience managing CapEx budgets in excess of $100 million, Professional certification such as CPM, CSCP, or CPIM, Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains

Partner with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to develop predictive supply chain models
Establish and govern a unified KPI framework that measures supplier health and delivery performance consistently
Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative
and consistently aligned with company objectives
Manage the entire supply chain process
overseeing everything from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery
Analyze and optimize all logistical operations to ensure a seamless flow of goods and reduce overall operational costs
Oversee the inventory management process
implementing strategic solutions to mitigate stock shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory
Conduct comprehensive risk management for all supply contracts and agreements
