Full Job Description
Lead Amazon Global Logistics Imports' Voice of Shippers program and transform customer feedback into strategic product investments that shape our global logistics network. You'll drive data-informed decision-making that directly influences product roadmaps and operational excellence for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses. Key job responsibilities - Own the Voice of Shippers program strategy, roadmap, and execution, including designing and scaling feedback initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and deep-dive analyses that capture shipper sentiment across the entire logistics journey - Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable insights that inform product prioritization and investment decisions - Create executive communications for planning cycles that clearly articulate customer insights and recommended investment priorities to senior leadership - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Operations leaders to ensure customer voice influences product roadmaps and operational improvements - Develop and implement mechanisms to improve survey response rates, feedback quality, and data collection methodologies, innovating on how we capture and act on customer insights A day in the life In this role, you'll own the Voice of Shippers program for Amazon Global Logistics Imports, designing and executing comprehensive feedback initiatives that capture shipper sentiment across the entire logistics journey.
