Now. ## What you'll do You'll work directly with our AI Transformation Director Nina Möger and be the operational quarterback of the programme. In practice, that means: Setting up and running the PMO: SteerCo prep, regular reporting on programme health, workstream governance Coordinate and mobilise across People, Engineering, Product and Enablement to resolve dependencies and keep execution moving Owning budget, staffing, reporting and KPIs across all workstreams Tracking what we need to know: token costs, adoption rates, cycle-time reduction, manual workflow automation Working with the SME working group on data privacy, client trust and compliance Making sure "now", "next" and "later" projects don't collapse into one lane You run things.
