What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of experience in project or program management, 5+ years of experience in United States Navy contracting, 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role, 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining partnerships and communications with stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners, Experience with schedule and budget management, Experience with program planning and execution to ensure cost, schedule, and requirements are met, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62
Nice to Have
Experience with the F/A-18 platform, Experience in defense aviation sustainment or depot-level maintenance operations, Experience working across contracts, finance, engineering, and operations functions
What You'll Do.
Provide integration support for all F/A-18 aircraft operations at Boeing Jacksonville
Support day-to-day program execution with a focus on acquisition
and operational coordination
Coordinate across Engineering
Production Operations
Manage supplier coordination indirectly
Support high-level customer engagement
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cost
and contractual requirements are achieved
Analyze project performance
Develop lessons learned and historical reporting for future planning
Serve as the primary liaison between contracting
proposal coordination
and financial business management
Coordinate delivery of modified F/A-18 aircraft and related support services
Incorporate released technical directives
Incorporate depot-level maintenance as required
