The Integrator will do the following: Provide rapid strategic program integration across planning, budgeting, technical assessment, fielding and execution activities supporting the OSW R&E mission. Lead coordination between government stakeholders, operational units, engineering teams, and industry partners to ensure alignment of technology development and fielding goals. Translate operational needs and mission gaps into actionable program plans, technical requirements, and decision-ready recommendations. Support development, prototype integration, testing, and field deployment of advanced and disruptive technologies. Prepare senior-level briefings, technical documentation, schedules, roadmaps, and decision materials. Conduct operational assessments, user evaluations, and field activities to validate and transition mission-enhancing capabilities.
