Must Have
Demonstrated success crafting, integrating, fielding, and executing asymmetric, game-changing capabilities for military or national security missions, Experience supporting DoD research, engineering, or rapid capability acquisition organizations, understanding of multi-domain operations, joint mission needs, and technology-to-operator integration, Proven ability to interface effectively with senior government leaders, operational users, and technical teams, Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop polished technical and programmatic products, Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, Active TS/SCI DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility
Nice to Have
Experience supporting OUSD(R&E), Service RCOs, OSW SCO, joint operational commands, or advanced technology organizations, Background in systems engineering, mission engineering, prototyping, or operational test, Prior military operational experience, or direct support to operational units, Advanced degree in engineering, science, operations research, national security, or related field
