What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience, Experience working with SAP, Experience working with Hyperion Planning / Hyperion Financial Management, Skilled at translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic business objectives, Demonstrated ability to proactively drive solutions to critical business challenges and key issues, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed
Nice to Have
Degree in Finance, Accounting, and or general business preferred, Proactive in solving problems and persistent in finding solutions to complex challenges, Proactive team player with the ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently, Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Effective champion of change and continuous process improvement
What You'll Do.
Responsible for cost control
and other program disciplines within Program Finance
in-depth financial analysis across multiple programs
Develop and evaluate cost data
Support management and program teams
Interpret and communicate the connection between program performance and financial outcomes
Contribute to proposal pricing efforts and Cost Volume preparation
Research and evaluate historical data
Perform financial analysis
Identify risks and opportunities
Compile and consolidate financial information for recurring reviews
Support development of the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range (5-year) Plan
Ensure timely and accurate updates within the forecasting system
Support monthly program forecasting and the Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process
Build and utilize financial models
Conduct ad-hoc analyses
data integrity reviews

Your role as the Finance Business Partner will focus on delivering accurate, in-depth financial analysis across multiple programs, developing and evaluating cost data, and supporting both management and program teams to ensure finance remains central to business decision‑making. You will report to the Raytheon Emirates Finance Lead based in the United Arab Emirates.
