**Title:** Senior Program Analyst **Program Summary** KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide. **Job Summary** Program Analyst will provide direct customer support for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program office by translating warfighter requirements and program strategies into executable acquisition plans and robust contractual instruments. Program Analyst will manage the entire acquisition life cycle to include acquisition plans, proposals, financial management, cost analysis, contractual documents, program element tracking documentation, management techniques, and documentation requirements. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Provide materiel acquisition support, technical analysis, and other experience relating to DoD and industry programs. * Oversee the creation/alteration of briefing products required by the government customer for acquisition programs. * Possess the ability to generate Contracts Requirement Packages (CRPs) to include Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Determination and Findings, Justification and Approval documents, acquisition plans and strategies, market research reports, and lead completion of technical evaluations. * Responsible for creating and maintaining technical and administrative lists and databases used to report status of activities at various DoD, MDA, Army, and KBR management levels. * Develop Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) in coordination with stakeholders. * Develop recommended Contract Line-Item Num
