Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and project accounting, Experience with government contracts (cost-plus, fixed-price, T&M), ERP and data skills, Demonstrated ownership of ETC and EAC for complex, long-duration programs, Knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition concepts, and cost management fundamentals, Advanced Excel skills, Communication skills

Partner with Program Management; Partner with Project Engineering; Serve as primary finance partner to Program Managers; Present financials to leadership team

Communication skills; Present to senior leaders; Influence non-finance partners; Storytelling
Process & Methodology
Program financial management, ETC and EAC updates, Variance analysis
