Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field, Manpower Programming experience, Knowledge with Army Program Element (APE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Sub Activity Group (SAG), Program Evaluation Group (PEG), Management Decision Package (MDEP), Planning, Program, Budget, and Execution (PPBE), Program Optimization & Budget Execution (Eprobe), and requirements validation

Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Program Analyst in support of the Army INSCOM programs at Ft. Belvoir, VA. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community. To provide contract support services in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution, Financial Operations, Travel Administration, Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:** This role provides senior-level management and technical support across resource planning, programming, budgeting, execution, congressional authorizations and appropriations, and resource oversight.
