What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success., 3+ years of SaaS experience., Native level Japanese, Beginner Business proficiency (reading and writing) English
Nice to Have
Previous experience with the WalkMe platform or other similar user guidance and onboarding tools is a plus., Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
What You'll Do.
and implement interactive experiences
Understand business objectives
Lead end-to-end WalkMe projects
Conduct training sessions for customers
Identify and resolve any issues related to WalkMe implementation
Translate complex business processes into logical WalkMe solutions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with customer application owners; Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and the development team; Foster cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, customer success teams, and other stakeholders

Project Management, Manage project risks, Provide regular status updates
