What You'll Do.

Organize production reasonably to produce products that meet customer needs within the specified time

Subordinate training to ensure subordinates' capabilities are competent for their job

Lead team members to carry out continuous improvement in the department

continuously improve production efficiency and reduce production costs

Responsible for safety management in the department

creating a safe and comfortable working environment

Responsible for the production operations and safety training of production employees

ensuring production activities comply with policies and procedures

Carry out TPM improvement activities with the ME team to keep equipment in good condition

smooth and efficient operation of production in the area with colleagues from various functional departments

Execute/manage key performance indicators formulated by the factory manager and continuously improve

Responsible for the specific implementation of relevant tasks in the digital transformation of the two-ization integration project

1.合理组织生产,在规定的时间内生产出满足客户需要的产品; 2.下属培养,让下属的能力胜任本职工作; 3.带领团队成员、开展本部门的持续改善,不断提高生产效率和降低生产成本: 4.负责本部门的安全管理,营造一个安全、舒适的工作环境; 5.负责生产员工的生产操作、安全培训、确保生产活动符合政策和程序; 6.与ME团队一起开展TPM改善活动,使设备处于一个良好的状态; 7.与各职能部门同事一起,保证本区域生产稳定、顺畅、高效地运行; 8.执行/管理工厂经理制定的关键绩效指标,并持续改进; 9.负责两化融合项目数字化转型中相关任务的具体实施; 1、本科及以上学历,理工科专业优先; 2、熟悉Lean、质量管控、现场管理等知识或技能: 3、英语听说读写良好,能使用英语进行沟通; 4、项目管理能力,良好的冲突管理能力; 5、良好的问题分析和解决能力,逻辑思维能力,良好的沟通、协调和推动改善能力;及不怕困难,勇于 接受挑战和承担责任。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
