What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors or Master's degree or 4 years of experience, minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering, Must be a US Citizen, Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Nice to Have
High level of Quality System execution, Quality Process experience, Machining experience a plus, CMM experience a plus

Own product and process quality
Ensure products meet aerospace quality requirements
Ensure manufacturing processes are capable
Lead the site quality organization
Set priorities for quality resources
Develop quality talent
Align quality resources to deliver results
Act as the site's main quality focal
Shape the site quality strategy
Influence broader site priorities
Lead and continuously improve the site’s QMS
Lead effective corrective action responses
Build a culture of disciplined compliance
Build a culture of proactive risk management
Lead data-driven investigations
Drive robust root cause
Drive corrective action
Drive sustained control plans
Prevent recurrence of issues
Sponsor projects that improve first-pass yield
Sponsor projects that improve defect reduction
Sponsor projects that improve customer escapes
Increase process stability
