This role owns the Master Production Plan (MPS) and Material Requirements Plan (MRP) across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, balancing customer commitments, manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and cGMP compliance. The Senior Production/Materials Planner acts as the single point of accountability for supply demand balance at the site, translating demand into executable schedules and material plans while proactively managing risks. Position is onsite in Irvine, CA **Your Profile:** **A. Integrated Planning Ownership** * Own and maintain the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** and **Material Requirements Planning (MRP)**. * Translate demand forecasts, firm orders, and revenue targets into feasible production and materials plans. * Balance **service level, capacity, cost, and inventory** tradeoffs and escalate constraints with clear options. **B. Production Planning & Scheduling** * Develop and approve **weekly and near-term production schedules** , ensuring optimal plant utilization. * Align production sequencing with material availability, equipment constraints, and labor capacity. * Monitor schedule adherence
