Must Have
deep expertise across soft goods — apparel, textiles, and home/nursery categories, own the full lifecycle from concept through bulk delivery, set the roadmap, drive the decisions, and are accountable for outcomes, Experienced managing overseas factory relationships, Skilled at leading costing negotiations independently, Fluent across creative and commercial teams
Nice to Have
experience with juvenile products, CPSC compliance requirements, experience in a DTC or owned brands environment
What You'll Do.
own the full lifecycle across apparel
and storage & organization
build the workflows and documentation
own and deepen partnerships across manufacturers
develop deep knowledge of each factory's capabilities
lead vendor negotiations and costing analysis
translate production knowledge into recommendations
coordinate with the Compliance team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner daily with Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Compliance; bring factory capabilities proactively to Design and Merchandising; support financial targets set by Merchandising and the OB Director
