Senior Production Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Senior** **Production Engineering Manager (Level L)** to join the 787 Production Engineering leadership team located in **North Charleston, SC.** **This role will lead manufacturing engineering (ME) teams in Final Assembly** as we focus on ensuring we achieve a world class Boeing Production System that eliminates waste, keeps a keen eye on safety and ensures first pass quality. Successful candidates will have prior demonstrated success in developing and maintaining productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, as well as strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to take initiative, and the ability to partner across multiple engineering functions, business segments, and geographic areas. They will also have prior experience working in high-paced critical-flow production environments and a proven track record of being adaptable to changing demands. All candidates will be considered based on the strength of their Production Engineering background, breadth and depth of experience, and educational background.
