Full Job Description

⭐ We are looking for a Senior Product UX Designer to join the team in France and help shape polished, scalable, and high-performing experiences for an enterprise SaaS platform. This role requires more than strong UX fundamentals. We are looking for someone with excellent UI craft, a strong sense of visual taste, and the ability to apply a well-defined brand system with precision across complex product surfaces. You should be comfortable designing for high-information-density environments, complex states, multi-level navigation, and enterprise users who need clarity, speed, and confidence in their workflows. 🎯 Your scope: You will be more specifically in charge of: You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn complex problems into simple, elegant, and usable solutions. You will contribute to product discovery, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, while ensuring that design decisions are consistent with our brand, design system, and technical constraints. You will be strengthening and evolving our design system, including tokens, components, layout rules, documentation, and scalable patterns. You should understand how design systems live across both Figma and code, and be comfortable collaborating with engineers on implementation details, component behavior, accessibility states, and front-end feasibility. We are also looking for someone fluent in AI-assisted design workflows. This means not only using AI tools, but knowing how to direct, evaluate, and refine their output with strong design judgment. Familiarity with tools such as Figma AI/MCP, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar AI coding and design workflows is a strong plus.
