# **Product Technical Support Engineer** Are you a proactive HVAC / Chiller technician, marine engineer, or have another relevant technical background with a passion for working with product support and product improvement in industrial cooling and heating? Then read on and find out what Johnson Controls can offer you! **What You Will Do** As a Product Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key player in our product technical support department in Holme, where you work closely with the factory, the development department and Order Engineering to ensure effective solutions for warranty cases and technical product support. The department specialises in handling technical product support and warranty cases for our customers. You will operate in a global organization where Johnson Controls is a market leader in the design, production, sale and service of industrial cooling systems and heat pumps for industrial purposes as well as marine and offshore applications **Key responsibilities:** As a Product Technical Support Engineer, you will: * Ensure technical solutions that create customer satisfaction by effectively handling warranty cases and technical support. * Provide remote support to our field operations and work closely with technicians and other key stakeholders. * Work cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Development and Manufacturing to ensure optimal solutions. * Contribute with learnings from warranty cases and technical challenges to continuous product improvement, so JCI always delivers the best products on the market. * Possibly participate in on-site support. **What we look for** * Technical background/degree (Mechanical Engineer) * Experience in the HVAC / Chillers industry or a similar field * Experience from Technical Support & Warranty handling (Technical) * Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Experience with project management and/o
